Richmond, VA – Kemper Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that partners Marianne Radcliff and Emily O’Brion have both been appointed by Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger to her United for Virginia’s Future” Transition Committee. Additionally, Marianne has been appointed as a co-chair of the Transportation Policy Committee during the transition. 

Governor-elect Spanberger announced her transition policy committees, which are dedicated to preparing her administration to implement her vision on day one, focusing on lowering costs, protecting Virginia’s economy, keeping Virginia’s communities safe, and providing more opportunities for the next generation of Virginians. As co-chair of the Transportation Policy Committee, Radcliff will help develop strategic recommendations in all areas of the Commonwealth’s transportation infrastructure, including air, space, roads, rails, and water.
